Cancellation Policy – The Travel Price

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide a clear and transparent cancellation policy for our customers. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully before making any bookings with The Travel Price.

Domestic Cancellation Policy

•Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification of cancellation.

•Date of booking to 30 days before travel: 50% of the Land Package cost.

•30 to 20 days before travel: 75% of the Land Package cost.

•20 to 10 days before travel: 90% of the Land Package cost.

•Less than 10 days before travel: 100% of the Land Package cost will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

•No-show: 100% of the amount will be forfeited with no refund.

International Cancellation Policy

•Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification of cancellation.

•Date of booking to 30 days before travel: 25% of the Land Package cost.

•30 to 15 days before travel: 50% of the Land Package cost.

•15 to 7 days before travel: 75% of the Land Package cost.

•Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the Land Package cost will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

•No-show: 100% of the amount will be forfeited with no refund.

General Cancellation Guidelines

•All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be processed.

•Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 30 working days after the cancellation request and will be transferred electronically to the provided bank account.

•No refunds will be provided for unused services, such as hotel accommodations, transfers, or meals that were missed or not utilized.

•In case of road blockages, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, The Travel Price is not liable for delays, additional charges, or cancellations.

Important Notes

•Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, airline, or other service provider. During peak seasons (e.g., X-mas and New Year), some hotels may charge 100% cancellation fees.

•For bookings made during 20 Dec to 05 Jan, all payments are non-refundable.

•In cases of partial cancellations, the refund will be subject to what The Travel Price can recover from hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

Air Ticket Cancellation Policy

•Domestic Flights: Check-in must be completed 2 hours before departure.

•International Flights: Check-in must be completed 3 hours before departure.

•Web Check-in: Mandatory with applicable charges 24-48 hours prior to flight departure.

•No refunds or changes are possible for air tickets unless specified at the time of issuance.

•No-show passengers: 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

•In case of flight cancellations or rescheduling due to natural calamities, The Travel Price will attempt to provide alternative arrangements but is not liable for additional costs.

Amendment & Postponement Policy

•Any changes to the booking (e.g., dates, number of travelers, or destination changes) may incur an additional charge, typically a minimum of 25% of the Land Package cost.

•Postponing tours due to natural calamities is allowed; however, availability of new dates will depend on the service providers.
